Shipping Policy

We offer delivery services across all Emirates in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs and Duties: LuxeNovaWorld is not responsible for any additional government fees or taxes applied within the UAE. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
